In the hot, summer months, my baby, Sam, gets hosed down, lathered up and rinsed off. No problems. When I try to give that same dog a bath in the tub, it becomes a nightmare.

I have a timid, nervous dog. For awhile I thought that everything “new” just freaked him out. I know now that I can prevent most of these fears just by understanding a little more about why.
